Description

The Global Investigative Unit (GIU) is a fictional unit organized by the Oceanic Authority and Axial Legion (fictional nations) that is tasked with investigating and dealing with otherworldly anomalies, or any unnatural events that occur on the planet. They ensure that every anomaly is destroyed or contained in a highly secured facility. This unit is highly classified and its existence has been completely concealed from the public, to prevent worldwide panic over the existence of anomalies and entities. The Axial Legion and Oceanic Authority have very different ideals, however they formed an alliance and created this unit to deal with greater threats that begin to reveal themselves more and more. The Axial Legion seeks to completely destroy these anomalies, whilst the Oceanic Authority wants to utilize them.
