Saltwater Corrections was founded in 1926 located in Bellingham, Washington. The purpose of the facility were to contain unusual inmates, either inmates thinking they are an anomaly or straight up weird ones. In the pat, the facility had many unusual sightings and incidents and people claim that the facility captures pure monsters.
