[𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙐𝙨] Training and Education Readiness Services (TERS) is the backbone to the Defense Force. Our mission is to ensure every member receives the knowledge, guidance, and experience needed to succeed. From a recruit's first day to advanced leadership courses, TERS is responsible for preparing personnel for every stage of their career. [𝘿𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨] The duty of the TERS is to host many different kinds of trainings along with preparing the future leaders of the NWDF. [𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥] Application heavy. E2+, active, good communication, teamwork, maturity, and the will to teach and help others improve.
