Description
During a labor shortage in the late 1990's occurred, some members within the Coalition argued that non-hostile Test Subjects would be a suitable replacement for managing menial tasks around Coalition facilities, such as janitorial duties. After this, the Test Subject Union was created to manage these Test Subjects as a labor force. Currently lead by N/A.
