𝙊𝙍𝙄𝙂𝙄𝙉𝙎: PPMC was originally a mining group based in Montana since 2011. But after certain incidents, the group had enough finances to expand their corporate-level structure, which the PPMC's name has come from. After 2032, when NASA successfully sent humans to Mars, PPMC saw an opportunity to apply for a government licence in the United States to send all company resources to Mars and the surrounding planets for further excavations due to scarcity on Earth. Thus, PPMC became a privatised company under the US federal government. 𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙐𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉: Even if the private company cannot be held accountable through traditional constitutional advances, they are still responsible for all the actions they take. But the enforcement of those laws is quite difficult because the space is a huge unexplored area where there is hardly any stations to monitor and the company has the opportunity to perform questionable acts....
