During speech’s or public events with the Chancellor and his Vice, Regular Guards will be 1st line of defense and special unit will be 2nd While the Chancellor and his Vice are at the palace or meeting room with government Regular Guards are 1st line and special unit are 2nd line. When the Chancellor and his Vice go to other countries only special unit will come with regular guards stay.
