Our goal is to spread awareness about the importance of taking care of our health, how we can do so, helping people with health, and more! We hold conferences, awareness sessions, & more! You can rank up by participating in events, & applying for roles. Rules: No targeting, no spamming/raiding, no self-promo, no scamming, & no promoting inappropriate content. Break rules = ban. Note: We are not a licensed mental health group; we are just here to help offer a support system! Our motto: Health first!
