It was a French colony until 1960 when it gained it's independence on August 17th. Since then, it has had three elected Presidents: Léon M'ba, Omar Bongo and Ali Bongo. Currently, Gabon is ruled by Brice Nguema who took power through a coup d'état on August 30th following the Presidential election on August 28th. This group is heavily based on Gabon, it's politics, military and general society, however some aspects are unique to the group for roleplaying and developing reasons. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
