What makes an Admiral? An Admiral is a special club in Navy Simulator that contribute greatly to the community, or are well respected members of SEA Military. These guys and/or gals have shown that SEA is a place they want to continue influencing, in a positive way. They also visit time to time, and know that they have influence with some higher ups of SEA, or are the higher ups.
