Anyone is allowed to join. but if you break the rules you will be banned from the group and reported immediately (if broken rules many times that bad it will happen) . And I also do not allow spamming at all even if its like "___ is awesome" It just gets annoying and its disrespectful for others who want their comment to be seen by someone or anyone or me.
