Description
After losing against Megatron, T a r n returned weakened to an all new Cybertron in which despite the caste system being gone, discrimination still exists... Those built as a Decepticon are treated as scum and criminals that arn't even given a chance while those built as Autobots are superior. T a r n takes up the mantle as the "True Megatron" and seeks to change this by recruiting Autobot Citizen s and Decepticon Criminals for his all new Neo Decepticon empire! He decides to give everyone a chance. For cybertronians to join him and for the Government of Cybertron to change their ways or else...
