- Imperial Guard - Lucifer Blacks FROM OLD NIGHT, WATCHING ETERNALLY ----------------------------------- COMMANDER: COMMUNCIATIONS: Given when recruiting. ----------------------------------- The Lucifer Blacks are a famed regiment of the Imperial Army that fought during the Unification Wars and the Great Crusade. They later remained active within the Imperial Guard after the Horus Heresy began and are still part of the Imperial military in the 41st Millennium as elite units tasked with helping to guard the Imperial Palace on Terra. This regiment has the honor of serving outside the standard chain of command, and are overseen by members of the Emperor's own Legio Custodes.
