Description

𝚅𝚊𝚕𝚞𝚜 𝙸𝚗𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚝𝚎 𝚘𝚏 𝙿𝚊𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚘𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚕 𝚁𝚎𝚜𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚌𝚑 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Valus Institute of Paranormal Research is a private (non-profit) research university in Fairbanks, Alaska - designated as a hostile GoI by the SCP Foundation due to multiple hostile encounters between SCPF field containment teams and the Institute's MTF-Alpha 1 'Achlys'. It is classified under the "Special Focus - Research Institutions" in the Carn. Classification of Institutions of Higher Education in the United States. Founded by a former professor of the Med. Academy of Occult Art it considers itself as the first actual academic institution in the Americas focusing on researching and the recollection of old anomalous artifacts from ancient cultures as well as entities that the anomalous community might deem as threat entities usually either destroyed by the UNGOC or 'contained' by the SCP Foundation. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
