Glaggle United #16575900
OtherENfictional loreworldbuildingcreature design
Description
Glaggles are commonly consist of a close to spherical body, two large round eyes, and a large mouth often skewed into a smile. Early glaggles were predominantly dominated by radially symmetrical species. These early dominant pre-glaggles had basic eyes and a mouth similar to that of a sea urchin's "Aristotle's Lantern". For quite a while these pre-glaggles lived as spherical scavengers and such, until an interstellar Gamma Ray Burst hit Glagworld, causing mass mutation among life. The pre-glags began having mass birth defects which caused their previously radial symmetry to become bilateral, resulting in the shape we commonly recognize today as glaggles. These early bilaterally symmetrical creatures, which are known as Protoglags, briefly clashed for survival.
