They serve to bolster the Legion's knowledge and strength. _______________________________ The Frumentarii act behind the scenes, disguising themselves to find out information about the enemy to strategise against their plans and relay battle tactics to the many groups of the Legion. _______________________________ These spies keep note of everything within or outside the legion, they keep an eye on everyone and everything, with all information they find being relayed to Caesar personally by his Inculta. _______________________________
