Several prominent government officials have tried addressing the inefficiency of the Eight Banners, but none have proven successful. The once ideal, prestigious, and valiant Eight Banners lies with a new task in the wake of the century. To safeguard China's prosperity, an act of modernity must be consolidated to rout negative influences on the empire!
