With its sole purpose of overruling the foundation, many things had gotten in their way. Regular beatings, solitary confinement and more. They were being targeted. On the [REDACTED], [REDACTED] 1997, a Chaos Insurgency cell of 3 members joined the fight, with valid credentials, they were unstoppable. They started a hierarchy system, “The Dictator” being in command with “The Scar” and “The Silver Tongued” by his right hand. Recruiting more and more inmates, they strived.
