Centro Administrativo del Imperio #16691353
Description
Controlling the administrative regions of the empire, the Centro Administrativo del Imperio was established controlling all of the Philippines including Maguindanao and Sulu. With semi-autonomous provinces such as the people of Sabah and Ti dun g-Bu lung an established to keep a stable country. With a government system similar to that of the Holy Roman Empire, electorates, if the emperor dies with no legitimate heir, two people will be elected for the throne. This would also be evidence of a liberalized society of the administration. However, unlike the electorates of the Holy Roman Empire, electorates have no autonomy and everything is under the Central Administrative. The threat arises when America declared war on the empire and began its campaign to try and "teach the little brown brother" how to be an American province. We said no.
