Description
Intended as the military oriented branch of the Combine, they fight anti-civil activity with utmost expertise. The Transhuman Arm is mainly oriented towards seeking out the best of the best units, hosting regular tryouts. In spite of being separate branches, the Overwatch Transhuman Arm [OTA] operates closely with the Combine Civil Administration [CCA], sometimes conducting joint operations and frequently working hand-in-hand to run down anti-civil activity.
