The Empire of Petoria #16738990
Description
-HISTORY- In July of the year 1800AD, Petoria was founded by Peter the Great. After the nation was formed, Peter lead an invasion with the goal of annexing the pool of his neighbour and friend, Joe. The annexation of Joe's pool was enough for the US to intervene and declare war on the newly-founded nation. The siege of Petoria lasted more than a month, until the Petorian militia came to relieve the defenders. They bravely defeated the US army in the Battle of Quuahog and soon took all of Rhode Island before a peace treaty was negotiated, as both sides suffered heavy casualties. A new nation was born, Petoria was reformed and it was decided that it would become an Empire, following the ideals of Ancient Rome and bringing glory to Petoria, through both violent and parliamentary means. -INFO- Motto: "Ave true to Peter" Official Language: English Anthem: Surfin' Bird Currency: Gold Coins We mainly play Blood and Iron, and Bleeding Blades. We hope to be an army of skilled soldiers.
