INTRODUCING HLCA Welcome to HCLA. This marks the beginning of a very competitive, balanced and well organized league. This league was founded by: install, znacky, and literal This league will be very strict from rules to building your teams and playing. We would like to let everyone know that once you are on a team it will be VERY hard to get off that team. It will also be very hard for people to build "Superteams" or "Stacked" teams. In this league, you must sign as a position and you are forced to play as that position for the rest of the season. With this said, we hope you enjoy your time in our league.
