Description
𝐙𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐓 Златоустовский машиностроительный завод 𝐄𝐑𝐀 1979-1991 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 Located in Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, the Zlatoust Machine Building Plant, or "ZlatMash" for short, has been a mainstream provider of weapons and armaments since the Great Patriotic War up to the currently ongoing Soviet-Afghan War—producing anywhere from the PPsh-41 submachine guns to the R-27 single liquid-propellant ballistic rockets. 𝐇𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘 Established and founded in 1939, the Zlatoust Machine Building Plant was thrust headfirst into an era of the Second World War. Being a critical plant of the USSR, they have equipped hundreds of thousands of Red Army men and women, as well as thousands of planes to repel Fascist invaders from Soviet soil. Now, in the Cold War era, an arms race pressures ZlatMash to contribute to the Soviets' dominance against the West as an upholder of true Marxist-Leninism.
