Description
The Institute of Anomalous Research is a SCPF style group in the 60s during the coldwar. It's the mid 1960s and the US recently uncovered some classified documents mentioning the research and containment of several anomalous entities. The US government along side various allies established the institute to investigate the matter. The IORA is top secret and the only ones that know about it is the US defense dept, and allies.
