Description

Don’t let the darkness surround you; instead, choose to be a beacon of hope and resilience in challenging times. Life's shadows can be daunting, but within you lies the power to shine brightly. Your light can pierce through the darkest moments, guiding yourself and those who may feel lost. Remember that even the smallest spark can illuminate a vast expanse of darkness. Embrace your inner strength, let your light shine unapologetically, and inspire others to find their way through the shadows. Together, we can create a brighter tomorrow.

Growth

2 measurements spanning 56 days, net -1. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 14–15 and does not start at zero.
