Description
The Monarch is a powerful and feared medieval empire that has been expanding its territories for centuries through aggressive expansionist policies. It was formed by a powerful and ambitious emperor and his Council, who make important decisions and manage the empire's day-to-day affairs. They have a strong military and have a reputation for being ruthless and ambitious. Despite efforts to bring them down, they remain a powerful force in the medieval world. They have a code of conduct and a code of honor, members are expected to be loyal to the empire and its ruling emperor. The Monarch operates in the same areas as other empires, such as trade and diplomacy, but they are also secretly operating in an underground market dealing high value "goods" and "information" to help bend the world to their will and desires. -- WORK IN PROGRESS --
