Blue City Labs is a clandestine organization established in 1944 by the NSA in collaboration with members of the Dragon Society. The organization was founded as # way to both advance the reach of the NSA in the anomalies world and to increase the power of Dragon Society over the world and in particularly North America. seans its founding the organization has slowly fallen into a world gruesome civil war in which the cells of the organization made up of the Dragon Society and the cells made up of the NSA perform attacks against each other with dangerous and highly visible anomalies weaponry with many other GOIs and civilians caught in the crossfire
