Description
The Mercury Transport Co. rose to power in the 1930s under the control of frederick L. carmine, and Albert (mad hatter) Anastasia, later died in 1939. Fred Carmine became the sole power in the Mercury Transport Co. upon Albert's death. This period was marked by bloody gang wars for control of the turfs in the city of Chicago. The turf wars are still going on to this day 1949. Help Fred carmine and his mobsters claim Chicago 1949.
