Recruiting people of the right quality and calibre from the Island of Ireland and all around Great Britain As we strive for realism, we have specific rules set in place to ensure this. Ranks are earned, not paid. If you want respect, give respect. Patience is key within our group. In order to make sure we only have the right people, we conduct background checks. The aspects you're viewed on in this background check, are discussed.
