İsimlerinden anlaşılacağı üzere, ihtiyaç duyuldukları bölge vaya vakıf tesisine gönderilirler. Mobil görev güçleri vakıftaki 'iyinin en iyisi' olarak görülen personellerdir. Mobil Görev Güçleri yapı, sayı ve amaç olarak birbirlerinden farklılık gösterebilir.
