ーーUnconstrained Mercenary Organizationsー 制約なき傭兵組織 ー概要ー 「世界の争い事を解決するため、国境を超えた傭兵活動を提供する。」 傭兵組織とあるように、依頼を受けてのみ活動する組織。 情勢が不安定な世界で思うように活動できない者らの活動を肩代わりする。 囚われることない活動が組織方針。 ・組織傭兵：大半の依頼を担当。世界中を飛び回り、傭兵業務を行う。 ・特別傭兵：組織傭兵の部隊長を務める。組織傭兵の一段階上の傭兵業務を行う。 ・特襲団：襲撃専門の傭兵業務を行う。 ・迅速部隊：難易度が非常に高い依頼を担当。迅速かつ正確に傭兵業務を行う。 ・UMO統括官：UMOの副リーダー。依頼を請け負うかどうか等運営に関わる業務を行う。 ・UMO総合統括官：UMOのリーダー。運営全般の業務を行う。 ・依頼条件は、依頼に見合う報酬があることのみ。 ー規律ー ・人間として恥のない行動及び言動を心がける。 ・ランクが上の者には敬意を持って接する。 ・マナーを守る。（荒らし行為等は禁止）
