The White Death runs a successful underground empire throughout the state, spreading influence to multiple counties due to its careful leadership, loyal crews, and secrecy. They are an empire. ◙▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬◙ They operate and control most, if not all, illicit businesses in the state. The White Death runs the smuggling trade, underground markets, and protection rackets. They manipulate and control local groups and organize violence to fill the void in the region.
