They are tasked with all civil properties such as ethics enforcement, external affairs, recruitment, selling of anomalous objects, running background checks on MC&D staff, and assisting Marshall with day-to-day needs. The paperwork that is most often issued is violation reports, interview requests, and partnership requests.
