Game fan groupsENWorld War IIHistoryMilitary
Description
The Allied Powers were a coalition of nations formed during World War II to oppose the Axis powers (Germany, Italy, and Japan). Led by the "Big Three" - the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Soviet Union - the Allies ultimately defeated the Axis through combined military might and strategic cooperation. While these three nations played pivotal roles, the alliance consisted of many other countries, including France, China, Australia, Canada, and Poland. Their collective efforts and sacrifices were instrumental in securing victory in World War II.
