After the United States Navy intercepted and boarded a Portuguese vessel, it was taken into custody of the United States, given to Captain AltairFederal, in hopes he'd be a good fitting captain, and named the "USS Federal". Sailing from the English Channel to the West Indies, the USS Federal had made a name to herself, one not to be reckoned. Crew Capacity: 20
