Multination Critical Package Retrieval Group (MCPRG) - "Blacktide Requiem" A paramilitary comprised of top performing international operatives handpicked by USSOCOM to take on the complex and sensitive mission set of the Central Intelligence Agency. Specialized unit focused on recovery, sabotage, extraditions, reconnaissance, assaults, and deep cover operations. Created in 2003 as a response to the CIA's necessity for a unit that can perform a critical mission set without the need of outside assistance. fuimus non esse “We were never there.”
