The Sith sought to dominate the galaxy by wielding the immense power of the dark side, training their apprentices in secret and governing through fear and aggression. Although the Jedi ultimately defeated the Sith Empire, the Order persisted in secrecy, waiting for an opportunity to seize power once again.
