We are the Universal Bureau of Investigation in City 17. We are a united group of interest. We lay compliance, authority and civil behavior in high regard. You can only be a worthy member by being a Representative or Loyalist in City 17 MARK II. You have to join the social links in order to understand our regulations and to be qualified by a COMMAND UNIT. We do not tolerate racism or any other way of discrimination. English is the only allowed language. We work and enforce our own regulations and prefer secretly. Please note that this is out-of lore.
