Description
Ten or so miles southeast of Bombay Beach leads you to a new defunct campsite known as Camp Frailty. Active between the years 1988 and 2003, it now serves as a home to those who spent the last 18 years recovering lost memorabilia. In its prime, the campsite provided housing and held concerts for the locals, with the most popular event being the Camp Frailty music festival. In November of 2003, the reporter-dubbed "Doomsday Incident" (two meteorites that devastated the site) caused irreparable damage and Camp Frailty was discontinued. As of 2021, between 3 and 13 people living in or near Bombay Beach have been reported missing since the incident. When arriving at Camp Frailty, our team was met with a surprise — there was nothing to be found. (The Frailty album and all related media is property of Jane Remover and deadAir Records, who have no involvement with this group. This is purely a fan creation. Thank you for your work, Jane.)
