▬▬▬ Praetorian Cohortes ▬▬▬ Guardians of Caesar — Elite Above All. The Praetorians are Rome’s most elite and loyal unit, hand-selected to defend Emperor Maximus Invictus Caesar. Operating as the emperor’s private army and secretive enforcers, they are feared across the empire for their authority and unmatched combat prowess. Beyond protection, they also serve as advisors, military commanders, and internal investigators — able to command nearly any other force if Rome’s safety demands it. To be a Praetorian is to be a shadow of the emperor’s will.
