Description
**LORE** This RP takes place in a universe where humans have evolved past where they were supposed to. Wars rose up, between countries, causing destruction around the earth. Cats were starting to multiply rapidly, evolving. humans had to do something about this. They couldn't have even more chaos. They were in a state of war, after all. They kidnapped cats, using them as subjects, slowly turning them into weapons, monsters that are whatever they please. To the cats, this was going too far. Eventually, a cat started going around, gathering more cats, and bringing them to their safe haven. eventually forming the refugee group. -HUGE CREDITS TO NEPTUNE.
