We go where we're needed, fighting, not for government, but for ourselves." __________________ Outer Heaven referred to a number of concepts that all pertain to Big Boss's dream, which involved ending the exploitation of soldiers by the world's governments, based on his interpretation of The Boss's will. REQUIREMENTS: Outer Heaven is where trainings are done. You are NOT permitted to patrol the base or guard the gate unless: You have passed basic training You are in the Combat Unit, Security Team, or Ocelot Unit in Diamond Dogs You have passed advanced training 2+ successful raids in DD If you are in the Combat Unit, you'll join Outer Heaven's patrol team. If you are in the Security Team, you'll guard Outer Heaven's gate and convince others to volunteer If you are in the Ocelot Unit, you'll be placed in Outer Heaven's SF.
