Description
Located in the far southern regions of the Andouran Isles, the Duchy of Utraria is the kingdom's primary source of trade income and food production, being the basis of the trades of shipbuilding and farming alike. Although often scorned by other duchies, the region is notable for its servicing of naval based infantry and the establishment of the Andouran Navy. Those who reside as its members are masterful defenders and tact in their naval prowess.
