Description
Organized in 2004 to unite the scattered pockets of rebellion across the Continental United States, the Planetary Reclamation Pact represents the remnants of the now-defunct United States Federal Government. Since its inception, its operations have supported and been paramount to the ever-mounting resistance against the Combine Empire on Earth. The pact operates across all major populated areas, employing guerilla and blitz warfare tactics in its unwavering struggle against the Combine's combative forces. The pact is overseen by a civilian, elected via popular vote for a term of 4 years. They inherit the position of Attorney General once confirmed.
