Welcome to Stoneley Creek Neighbourhood, a custom, private, and elite neighbourhood. if you are interested in owning a property in the neighbourhood, please inquire on the group wall or PM supersillygigi on roblox. if you already own a property and are interested in building on it, you can hire a builder, or build it yourself (keep in mind we build in roblox studios). Properties -which are currently only land right now as this is a new neighbourhood, and no houses are for sale- cost anywhere between 20-175 robux depending on the size. Typically its: Small (20-40), Regular (40-75), Medium (75-100), and Large (100-175). Additionally, in the future you will be able to buy and sell properties with houses or buildings on them. You can request tours, neighbourhood events, ask questions, and more on the group wall. if you choose to sell your property, you will get 95% of the robux (you can sell your property to othe players, but must use this group to sell).
