No one receives an Officer Commission in the Alphian Imperial Military without a tenure and graduation from the Hellzus Vexel School of Excellence, this includes all branches of the Alphian Imperial Army, Hell's Hounds, and the Alphian Imperial Navy. HVSE education includes officer book knowledge, research on past leaders, direct applications of Alphian Officer textbook knowledge, and on-the-job apprenticeship under a current Commissioned Officer.
