---- SCP:F Area-96 Departments ---- The "Department Of External Affairs" is responsible for managing diplomatic affairs and relations with some of the Foundation's Groups Of Interest. Personnel within the department oversee and track all group of interest personnel and keep a steady watch for potential inside information that'll go against the foundation.
