Description
VIET CONG The Viet Cong, formally organized under the name of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, was an armed organisation located within countries such as Laos, Cambodia and, of course, South Vietnam. They fought under the communist North Vietnam and worked upon attacking both the South Vietnam and United States forces. They were mostly formed up of experienced guerilla fighters, but also those of regular army units and other essential parts of intelligence and recruitment which form some of the most vital parts of what makes an army. During the war, the Viet Cong managed to gain support from villages around Vietnam who were tired of how US forces were treating them, for example, a certain massacre in which approximately 347-504 innocent Vietnamese souls were taken as a result of war crimes commited by the United States, of which the soldiers who took part in the massacre managed to get out of it except one US commander, who only served a mere 3 months in prison.
