Description
The Division of Human Resources has been tasked with creating, removing, and or altering the Laws that are known across all land owned by The United Phoenix Directorate. The President may have the final say, but it is up to this Division to stay with the current times. HR is also tasked to make sure all Divisions treat their employees fairly especially when those employees cause accidents. Things change, new things are found, old things are disregarded, and these folks are tasked to keep up.
