𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐘𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐈𝐑𝐀𝐐 The Assyrian Region of Iraq [ARI] is a geographical and political area located in the Republic of Iraq. Assyria is a historic empire, often known as one of the first countries ever founded. The Assyrian Region is not independent, and does not currently wish for independence. If we are not a nation, well what are we? We act as a ro-nation in the ways of almost being a break-away state, except for the fact we are not independent. We have our own president, anthem, and regional military. Our military fights for the safety of the Assyrians, and the safety of the nation of Iraq, as we are an Iraqi region.
