Coruscant Shock Troopers (CST), also known as the Coruscant Security Force, were tasked with maintaining absolute order on the capital world of Coruscant. The Shock Troopers were known for their impeccable discipline, rapid response to threats, and relentless enforcement of Imperial law. Serving as elite guards to high-ranking officials, the Shock Troopers also were a critical in guarding prisons, overseeing the containment and transport of dangerous lawbreakers.
